DO YOU OFFER RETURNS & REFUNDS?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, a store credit may be available depending upon specific situations. Please note, KSC is not responsible for damage caused to products once they leave my hands.

Please exercise caution when handling items upon receipt. 

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

For purchases over $100, payment can be submitted in installments via Paypal Pay in 4 (requires Paypal approval). Purchases $100 and under are expected to be paid in full, at checkout. I cannot begin processing orders until payment is made in full.

DO YOU ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the KSC process, we are unable to accept rush orders, though exceptions can be made (rush charge will be applied - extra $25 to total price). KSC provides quality ingredients, and each item is custom-made to order, in-house, therefore, KSC requires a minimum of 2 weeks for each request. KSC requires a minimum of 2 weeks in order to provide the best product possible.

DO YOU SHIP DOMESTICALLY?

No, at this time we are only able to ship a limited selection of baked goods within the state of GA, only. Please note that we are unable to ship cakes with frosting, at this time.

DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes! Luckily, KSC offers free delivery for baked items whose distances are within the 38 miles of the Atlanta metro area. For items outside of 38 miles, KSC suggests selecting the pick-up option at checkout. KSC can meet the customer within the halfway mark of a specified pick-up location (chosen by KSC).

Local pick-up is also available. Once your order has been confirmed, KSC will reach out and set up a pick-up date and location. Please ensure that you are on time for pickup, as KSC reserves the right to charge per hour past the original pickup time. The customer will receive an invoice for additional late fees.

*KSC may offer delivery outside of the 38-mile limit (up to 30 extra miles), however, please note that an additional charge will be added to your final cost. KSC reserves the right to charge $5 per additional 10 miles over the 38-mile limit. 

For customers who are outside of both the pick-up and delivery mile radius, the shipping option may be better suited for your needs.
