Fall has always held an extra special place in my heart. As the crisp Georgia breeze replaces the oppresive summer heat, my Atlanta kitchen fills with the grounding aromas of freshly toasted pecans, warm Madagascar vanilla, and roasted cinnamon. I'm a baker afterall!
We know this year has brought its share of challenges and heavy days for many in our community. That is why gathering around a shared table matters more than ever. When the world feels fast and uncertain, baking something beautiful for the people you cherish is a quiet act of hope, resilience, and pure comfort.

November History Facts
Did you know? November was originally the ninth month of the Roman calendar, earning its name from the Latin word novem, meaning nine. It later became the eleventh month when January and February were added. Historically, November marked the transition into winter, a time when people stored their harvests and prepared their homes and food for the colder months ahead.

Â
4)November 15 (National Bundt Day): Celebrates the iconic ring-shaped cake. The distinct pan design was created by Nordic Ware after Rose Joshua and Fanni Schanfield asked them to recreate a traditional European Gugelhupf pan.
